This product is a culture medium set specially designed for the whole process of culturing hESC (human embryonic stem cells) and hiPSC (human induced pluripotent stem cells), including EZ-Stem™ Complete Medium (YM-HA-001), EZ-Stem™ Cryopreservation Medium (YMH-002), EZ-Stem™ Passaging Medium (YMH-003), and EZ-Stem™ Apoptosis inhibitor Medium (YMH-004). This product is not feeder-based, and is serum-free, and has a clear composition. It can maintain the differentiation potential and self-renewal ability of hPSC for a long time. At the same time, it has been verified by hundreds of gene-editing stem cell projects in Ubigene. It is not only suitable for the culture of hESC/hiPSCs, but also for the culture of gene-edited cells. It supports single-cell passaging and has a high monoclonal formation rate.
